Study On Problems Of Rural Poverty In Economic Growth Process

After continuing and stable economic growth of more than 20 years, counter-poor in China have gotten magnificent achievement, the rural poverty in process of economic growth presents new forms and characters in new times. Therefore, exploring and studying problems of new time's rural poverty from the view of economic growth has practical significance of conforming to the times development.At first, the paper carried on a preliminary discussion of the economic growth and poverty from macroscopic aspect. Thinking that economic growth is the driving influence to solve poverty, is powerful strut of poverty reduction .From seeing for a long time, economic growth may eliminate absolute poverty, but in this process, the speed of eliminating poverty presents on the decline trend. Hence, it is necessary to pour strength of poverty reduction into economic development. Under market economy system, with the economic growth ,when the major population moves towards well-off and wealthy, income disparity in economic growth increasingly presented,relative poverty has generated. But this kind of poverty is solved finally through the rational economic growth.Gansu province, as a main part and a miniature of China's poverty, also has similary dynamic relations of economic growth and poverty. Therefore, analyzing Gansu province's present situation of economic growth level and rural poverty changing.Affirming achievement of counter-poor in economic growth, pointing Gansu province will be supposed to solve problems which exists in rural counter-poor process of next step. Along with them, it discusses multiply barriers of Gansu rural counter-poor in economic growth. Author analyzes emphatically the restriction factor in process of Gansu rural comprehensive poverty (difficult position of objective environment restrainting , the contradictory of human and land hastens tightly, the marginal revenue of cultivated land decreases gradually, expense difficult position of medical service and education, human capital is deficient and excellent human resorce drains in rural region, difficult position of poverty reduction , difficult position of impoverished peasant household's financing, etc. ).
