Resycle Economic Theory And Positive Analysis Of Resycle Economy In Xinjiang

The recycle economy, which is most possible to represent sustainable development in the world, is a choice of strategic modes. It is a quite new idea in our country, for the concept of the recycle economy was introduced into our country late in 1990s', therefore, this article starts with fundamental theories of Recycle Economy and makes a quite thorough elaboration to the recycle economy. The recycle economy is defined from the view of economic forms in this article. The recycle economy is a new thing, however, the upsurge in the recycle economy has being raised in almost countries, especially in those developed countries such as Germany, Japan. These countries have already led the field in the recycle economy. Since 1999, our country has begun to carry on experiments on recycle economy one after another in some provinces. Those experiments provide enough beneficial experience to develop the recycle economy for our country. This article introduces some successful cases about Recycle Economy in our country and others. Together with three typical cases which was carried out in Xinjiang Uygur Autonoumous Region, their success experience has been summarized in this article. Finally, according to Xinjiang's special details, some suggestions on how to develop Xingjiang's recycle economy are proposed.
