This thesis introduces and analyses the international Telecom market and service, and try to find out the gap between Chinese Telecom carriers and other International tier 1 carrier from International Telecom service point of view. The suggestion and tactics are also summarized on how to promote the Int'l Telecom service. By learning other tier 1 player's policy and strategy, hope it will be much helpful to Chinese Telecom carriers when making their Int'l Telecom service strategy, and trying to increase their competing power.The analysis methodology of this thesis takes uses of the major guidelines of Malcolm Baldrige & BSC analysis methodology, which including Customer& Marketing Management, Internal Management and Process Management. Find out the gap in the above three aspects and detailed suggestion for improving.The aspect of Customer& Marketing Management emphasizes that the management's power is focus on strategy and customer service; the aspects of Internal Management and Process Management emphasizes the actual achievement and performance representation. The first reference Enterprise is BT, and also takes use of PCCW and one of the American Telecom Enterprise as reference as well.
