A Research Of Secondary Development In Real-estate Statistical Analysis Based On ArcObjects

With the E-government construction deepens progressively, many real-estate management departments also construct their local real-estate management information system. Housing removing system is a subsystem of real-estate management information system. Housing statistical analysis module is one of the most important functions of the housing removing system.This paper begins with the discussing of options for GIS development tools and the way of development, then we make an introduction and a simple comparison of the GIS development components of both in and abroad; at the same time we make a brief analysis of several development models for ArcGIS; we also deeply studied COM technology and the technology of secondary development with ArcObjects. Based on all above, to research and develop new, stable, efficient and reliable housing statistical analysis module for housing removing system, and to realize it in the construction of real-estate management information system.The management business of the real-estate management information system is discussed. Oriented object and software engineering technology are adopted. Through business requirement of housing removing system analysis, the development, integration and deployment scheme of six housing statistical analysis sub modules is put forward. C/S system structure and OOP are adopted, 0racle9. 0 is chosen as DBMS, ArcSDE9.0 is chosen as GIS spatial data engine, to manage space and non-space data unified, ArcGIS9.0 is chosen for system platform, VisualBasic6.0 is chose as system development tool, using ArcObjects development components, to complete statistical analysis module development. The system integration is realized through DLL technology, so system is detached into small function-independent modules, it enhanced the flexibility of the system, and the system development cycle is shorten.
