With the rapid development of globalization of economy, science & technology, strategic alliances have been widely used and have become an important and effective mode for utilizing external resources and improving competitiveness by many high & new technology enterprises. However, with the increased number and diversified pattern of strategic alliance, the management of strategic alliance is becoming dynamic and complex. So it brings forward the challenges for the strategic management of strategic alliance in high & new technology enterprises because of fierce dynamic and uncertain external circumstance. Strategic alliance will face high risk of failure if there is no adaptability and flexibility.
