Research On Influencing Factors Of Strategic Alliance Partner Selection Of Small And Micro Science And Technology Enterprises

Small micro enterprise is the basis of economic development,among them,the technology-based small micro enterprise is the main body of technological innovation,has become an important indicator for evaluation of economic power and comprehensive ability of a country or a region.However,due to the inherent defects and the impact of the economic situation at home and abroad,small and micro science and technology enterprises are facing increasingly difficult situation and survival crisis.In order to survive,technology-based small and micro enterprises need to find partners,establish cooperative relations and achieve development through benign competition and cooperation with enterprises.Therefore,strategic alliance based on resource complementation and information sharing is the best choice for technology-based small micro enterprises to break through the dilemma and obtain development.The existing research shows that the operation of strategic alliance is unsatisfactory with high failure rate.The common reasons for the failure of most alliances are improper partner selection and partnership breakdown,which directly affect alliance performance.Therefore,how to reasonable partnership for partner selection and maintenance is the research emphasis of this article,and it is also an urgent problem to be solved by technology-based small micro enterprise alliances.Taking technology-based small micro enterprises as the research object,this paper explores the partner selection partnership and alliance performance between the mechanism of action with copies of the data from 277 questionnaires.Through the mechanism analysis of partner selection,choose the enterprise compatibility,resources complementary technology,enterprise reputation,financial status,technological innovation,resource integration ability and strain capacity as the influencing factors of partner selection and the cooperation intention and relationship commitment as a partnership between the observed variables.The research results show that enterprise compatibility,resource and technology complementarity,enterprise reputation,financial situation,technology innovation,resource integration ability,strain capacity,cooperation willingness and relationship commitment all have positive influence on alliance performance.Partner selection positively affects the willingness to cooperate and relationship commitment,and plays a positive role in the maintenance of partnership.Cooperative intention and relationship commitment both play a mediatorial role in partnership choice and alliance performance.
