Research On The Comprehensive Competitiveness Of County Economy In Nanchong

The 21 st century is an important period for the development of county economy of China’s development and growth, in 2013 the Sichuan provincial Party committee, the provincial government put forward the implementation of multi pole supporting the development strategy, to lay a solid foundation of the bottom, accelerate the development of county economy, enhance the economic strength of the county. On the national Sichuan although is a province with large population and economy, however it is not economic strong province, most of the county is still in the initial stage of economic development, county economy group advantage has not formed. Nanchong as the center of the city of Chengdu Chongqing Economic Zone in the north of the city center and in the northeast of Sichuan, in Sichuan is population second only to Chengdu, the largest population in the city, the county economic development in the whole Sichuan has been in backward level, the lack of competitiveness of most of the County, county economic competitiveness is not strong.Comprehensive competitiveness of county economy needs comprehensive consideration of economic development, social harmony, ecological environment, public services and other aspects of content, various aspects of mutual coordination and overall development of a relative to other counties to resource optimization configuration, to achieve the county sustainable development comprehensive ability.This paper in Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, nine county unit as the research object, try to construct comprising a layer of 7, 80 specific indicators of Nanchong city county economic competitiveness evaluation index system, which through the questionnaire of the situation, access to the residents of Nanchong City satisfaction subjective indicators data, through the use of weighted rank and ratio method, SWOT analysis, quantitative and qualitative combining comprehensive evaluation method, the comprehensive competitiveness of county economy of Nanchong City was evaluated. Results showed that nearly two years of Nanchong city besides strong Shunqing District, Langzhong City, South County of county economic competitiveness, the remaining units in the county comprehensive competitiveness need to be strengthen. The breakdown of competitiveness, the basic competitiveness is strong, Shunqing District of Langzhong City, Pengan County, the county is weak in Xichong County; public service competitiveness is strong, Shunqing District of Langzhong City, the county is weak Jialing district and Pengan County; agriculture is the most competitive in Yilong County, Yingshan County, the county is the weak District, Shunqing district; industrial competitiveness is the strongest in South County, Langzhong City, the county is the weakest in Xichong County; service industry is the most competitive shunqingou, weak county of Gaoping District, Jialing District, Langzhong city; tourism industry is strong, Shunqing District, the weaker is the County Xichong County, Yingshan County; residents’ satisfaction is higher in Yilong, Langzhong City, the lower is the South County, Shunqing district.At last, according to the evaluation results of the competitiveness of each county in Nanchong City, this paper puts forward the specific countermeasures and suggestions to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of county economy in each county of Nanchong.
