Constructive Thoughts And Strategical Study On Humanism Management Pattern Of High-tech Organizations

The thesis conducts a brief review of the humanism management concepts in western and eastern countries, exploring the concrete implementation of humanism management pattern in Chinese enterprises in order to maintain the prestige of these enterprises in competition by means of the innovation of their humanism management pattern and management strategies.The thesis, from the perspectives of modern western theories of economy,Chinese traditional and cultural ideology and management, and systemic theory, attempts to generalize previous studies on the ideological history and theoretical connotations of humanism management pattern and tries to apply humanism management ideology to high-tech organizations. It also carries out researches in the related strategies to be adopted by Chinese high-tech organizations in the construction of humanism management pattern, putting forward a systematic network of humanism management pattern of high-tech organizations.The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this topic, research purposes and methods as well as related literature review both at home and abroad; the second chapter elaborates the connotations and characteristics of humanism management pattern, the principles and goals of the construction of humanism management pattern; the third chapter analyzes the inevitability of humanism management pattern to be carried out in high-tech organizations from both macro and micro perspectives; the forth chapter deals with the lack of humanism in the management of high-tech organizations from the basic functions of management; the last chapter proposes some thoughts and related strategies about the construction of humanism management pattern in high-tech organizations.
