| Around the world, the research on the investment of human capital has become one of the hottest issue in the fields of education and economics. It attracts the researchers' attention multilaterally, no matter in the process of practical manipulation or in the aspect of theoretical guidance. Of the four forms of human capital investment, on-job training is believed to be the leading one. However, during the process of training investment, most of the individuals' emphasis is on the index of the dominant cost, not on the business accounting for the actual return rates. Risks are always with investment, especially when the main body of investment is individual. Through the analysis which are based the mathematics model and game theory, the purport of this thesis is to analyze the nature of on-job training investment and explore the issues such as benefit analysis and risk-avoiding in the period of the intellectual economy, so as to provide some theoretical support for the individuals who aim to elevate their investment qualities through participating the on-job training.The structure of my thesis is as followed:Chapter one, preface.
