Research On Internationalization Development Strategy Of Chinese Private-owned Enterprise

With our country market economy system becoming more and more perfect, importantstatus of the private enterprise becomes more prominent in our country’s economy. Since thereform and opening up, the private enterprise has made rapid development by constantlyintroducing foreign technology, talent, and capital and management experience and so on.With many good policies for the development of private enterprises released such as newarticle36, now the private enterprises are going to go out of the country to participate inworldwide competition based on their own strength growing after decades of “Introduce In”.With the deepening of our country’s reform and opening and entering into WTO, ourenterprises have to face the important problem of international development. AndInternational development will also become the mainstream of our private enterprisedevelopment trend. So the research of the private enterprise internationalization strategybecomes the extremely realistic meaning subject.This paper researches the problem of private enterprise internationalization strategythrough five part of chapter to detail.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, purpose and meaning, and thenserious analysis the current situation of domestic and foreign research, and at last it clear thethoughts of general idea and the research method.Secondly, this paper analyses the motive of the development of international privateenterprise, and puts forward the private enterprise internationalization strategy researchframework basing on the expounding the theory of enterprise internationalization and thedevelopment course and the present situation of our private enterprise.Thirdly, this paper mainly analysis the environment of our private enterprise’sinternational development. And this paper summed up the external opportunities and threatsthat our private enterprises facing to during the international development by analyzing thePEST analysis of the external macro environment and the SCP and five competitive forcescompetition analysis of external micro environment. And then this paper summed up theinternal strengths and weaknesses of private enterprises’ international development byanalyzing strategy conditions, culture conditions, resource conditions and ability of theconditions of the internal environment. Fourthly, this paper detailed the vision and strategy goal of our private enterpriseinternational development, and its approach to realize the internationalization. And it also putforward the strategies of private enterprise international development from product strategy,market strategy, and cultural strategy, marketing strategy and financing strategy. And then itset up the index system and built the model to evaluate the implementation effect of ourprivate enterprise international development strategy.Fifthly, this paper put forward security measures of private enterprise internationaldevelopment from the three aspects of government, enterprises and intermediaryorganizations. And it pointed out that government should build the service innovation systemfrom the aspects of information service platform, legal service platform and so on, and theprivate enterprises should promote its international comprehensive strength from the aspectsof cultivating learning-oriented organization actively and improving the internationalcompetitiveness, establishing international enterprise culture and so on. In addition, theprivate enterprises also should speed up to build the financing platform fully withintermediary organizations, in order to provide solid guarantee for our private enterprises’international development.Finally, the research of our private enterprises’ international development strategy islong-term and dynamic. This paper gain the positive conclusions by systematic analysis andstudy based on summing up and drawing lessons from a series of related research results. Butthere are also some deficiencies because of the difficulty of the research itself and thelimitations of my knowledge. So this paper finally has also put forward suggestions on thefurther research, hoping that it can make some contribution to perfect the theory study of thisfield.
