Today, we are observing a world with economy booming. There is the voice that China is the factory of this whole world. While we can also be reminded that, 50 years ago, the same saying was that Japan was the factory of the world.Undoubtedly, these 2 countries are following the same economy growing tracks, which is, absorb plenty of world leading technology, study and try to develop their own, implement unique economy developing plan, and further develop in research field till they grow to the leaders of world economy. 20 years ago, Japanese have their theory of enterprise culture prevailing in the world. The worldwide exclaimed the secret of Japan speedy development been disclosed. Nowadays, China is under the same track, we need to ask ourselves: What is the secret to make our enterprises develop faster? How to learn from so many kinds of enterprise cultures? When we are in this individual circumstance which has thousands years of civilization and everything around us is changing so fast, what is the most suitable enterprise culture for our enterprises?We are starting this thesis from trying to answer these questions. In this thesis we will study basic theories of enterprises, detailed analyze the origin and character of world well-known enterprise cultures like European, America and Japan, and conclude with the consideration of our enterprises'particularity so as to inspire and give the reference to all those who are willing to construct our own enterprise culture.
