The Adjustment Of Industrial Structure Influence The Expanding Of Employment Channel In Guangxi

The background of this paper is CAFTA, it studies that the adjustment of industrial structure influence the expanding of employment channel in Guangxi, and discuss the new thinking and new direction of expanding employment channel. All of these have certain reference value, when our government makes the policies of aiming at promoting the employment structure to be rationalized.The content of this paper, besides the preface and references, includes four chapters. Chapter one mainly explained the relation of industrial structure and employment channel. Chapter two discovered current situation of employment channel. Chapter three analyzed emphatically that the construction of CAFTA impact on adjustment of industrial structure in Guangxi, and such industrial structure adjustment impact on expanding employment channel in Guangxi. Chapter four put forward political proposal of expanding of employment channel in Guangxi.This paper holds that it is different that the construction of CAFTA requires industrial structure to adjust and employment pressure requires industrial structure to adjust. Say from total amount that the construction of CAFTA accelerating the process of industrial structure adjustment, it will be helpful to coordinate the relationship that economic growth and employment growth, thus strengthen the pulling effect on employment of economic growth, increase more employment opportunities. Say from structure that the construction of CAFTA will break already existing industrial structure and employment structure of Guangxi, the impact of the traditional industry makes the employment opportunity reduce, but the fast development of the new industry makes the employment opportunity increase. So the adjustment of industrial structure must give consideration to the construction of CAFTA and expanding of employment channel.
