Conflict Of Interest And Coordination Of National Reional Tourism Stakeholders

Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is located in the northwest of HunanProvince, rich tourism resources. With the social and economic development, tourism inWestern Ethnic Region in the expansion of development, but because of theparticularity of the Xiangxi national tourism development, the decision of its tourismdevelopment and management process will have multiple stakeholders, such as: Travelcompanies (enterprises), government, other multi-subject. So, how to balance theconflict of interest for tourism stakeholders, to improve coordination of the relationshipbetween them, in order to achieve the greatest degree of cooperation. For theseproblems, the use of stakeholder theory to analyze the Western Ethnic Region tourismstakeholder interests, the article focuses on a series of problems encountered betweentourism stakeholders, and to address the sustainable development of tourism theinterests of stakeholders in coordinating the development of appropriate policyrecommendations. Tourism development in Western Hunan region, for example,focusing on tourism stakeholders in behavior of the minority areas, and main by aconflict of interest and their relationships coordination mechanism with a view tosustainable development of tourism industry of the Western Ethnic Region.The specific content of the paper include the following five areas:The first chapter, the article discusses the background and significance of researchmethods and possible innovation; stakeholders literature review and theoretical basis;Xiangxi Tourism stakeholders in a conflict of interest, focusing on conflict of interestbetween tourism stakeholders; Chapter IV, the stakeholders in a conflict of interestgame Empirical research, in order to further illustrate the relationship between thestakeholders, the paper selected Xiangxi, for example, game model empirical research.;Finally, the paper analyzes a series of problems encountered between the tourismstakeholders, and coordination of interests of stakeholders in the sustainabledevelopment of tourism development to put forward appropriate policyrecommendations.Innovation of this paper:①research perspective: game theory as a means ofinterdisciplinary research co-ordination between the national development of tourismindustry stakeholders who eventually achieve the sustainable development of thenational tourism industry, breaking the scholars in the past limited to a singleperspective.
