A Study On The Interest Coordination Mechanism Changsha Rural Tourism Development From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

As a brand-new tourism model,the development of rural tourism in China began in the 1980s,and rural tourism entered the period of rapid development from the 1990s.With the development trend of rural tourism,Changsha rural tourism began to rise and gradually developed.In the development process of rural tourism in Changsha will involve different stakeholders,these stakeholders on the future development of Changsha rural tourism plays a direct or indirect impact,and rural tourism can be sustainable development and these different interests Whether the interests of the win-win can be achieved inseparable.Therefore,through the introduction of symbiosis theory and stakeholder theory,this paper attempts to study the symbiotic relationship and the symbiotic development of Changsha rural tourism stakeholders,hoping to find the contradiction between the regulation of rural tourism stakeholders for the development of rural tourism in Changsha And solutions,while taking into account the needs of different interest groups,and thus achieve a win-win situation for stakeholders.This study is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,this paper puts forward the research background and research content,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research on rural tourism,stakeholder theory and symbiosis theory.And technical routes were summarized.The second chapter defines the concept of stakeholders and the theory of symbiosis in rural tourism in Changsha,which lays the foundation for the writing of this study.Chapter 3 Investigation and Analysis.This paper makes an empirical analysis on the four major stakeholders in Changsha rural tourism government,tourism practitioners,scenic villagers and tourists,and draws a conclusion.Although the interests of the various stakeholders there are differences between the demands,but there are also win-win situation between the points,mainly in the rural tourism in Changsha is expected to develop and the local ecological environment and the protection of cultural characteristics of the demands for the Changsha Rural Tourism Building symbiotic mechanisms provides the possibility.It also analyzes the conflict of interests and the win-win situation between the main stakeholders of Changsha rural tourism,and provides the reality for constructing the symbiosis mechanism of Changsha rural tourism.In the fourth chapter,the paper analyzes the construction of Changsha rural tourism interest coordination mechanism,and puts forward some concrete measures to the main stakeholders of Changsha rural tourism.The first is to establish and improve the community residents to participate in the rural tourism mechanism;the second is to scientifically plan and explore a new model of rural tourism benefit sharing;third is a reasonable top-level system design,to play the leading role of the government;four is to balance the interests of the interests of the interests of the establishment of the Coordinating Committee.The fifth chapter is the research conclusion and the research prospect.Through the combination of the stakeholder theory and the symbiosis theory,this research applies it to the research on the construction of the interest coordination mechanism of the main stakeholders in Changsha rural tourism.Through the research on Changsha rural tourism development Model for other areas of China's rural tourism development provides practical reference and guidance.
