On The Construction Of Agricultural Products Logistics In Shaanxi

Since agriculture and rural economy development of our country has entered the new stage, and with the fast development of the national economy and enhancing in the agricultural product market and trade liberalization, thus it had the intrinsic demand to the modern agricultural product logistics. But at present, comparing with the developed country, regardless of the theoretically research, or the practice aspect, the agricultural products logistics development in China has a big disparity with, and already became the current restriction and the bottleneck. Under the background, this thesis was divided into five parts by using method of qualitative analysis and real diagnosis analysis. The research subject as follows:The first aspect is the conception and connotation limits of agricultural products logistics. This thesis makes the conception as: in order to satisfying the requirements of costumes, the agricultural product entity and its correlation information flow from the supply areas to receive areas in physical distribution. And in this process, value increment of agricultural product came into realization.The second is research experience and the enlightenment of agricultural products logistics construction in the domestic and foreign countries. In inspecting historical background, operation ways in various countries agricultural products logistics construction of the developed country and developing countries by compared with similarities and differences of two stratifications, and summing up experiences, we can obtain the enlightenments of domestic agricultural products development promotion.The last but not least is agricultural products logistics construction's present situation and its countermeasure. I proposed to construct a suitable agricultural products logistics system for current rural economy development situation in Shaanxi as styles as follows: Taking farmer professional association, linking with agricultural product main item enterprise, taking the modern wholesale markets as the leadership, flowing the system which takes advanced circulation technology and the equipment as the central vertical integration agricultural products, and flowing the new system by combining the new channel and standardized traditional channel. At last, to proposed some suggestions to the construction.The mainly conclusions as follows: Firstly, to strengthen the research of increasing law in agricultural logistics quantity to make the logistics management more scientifically. Secondly, to reform and upgrade current wholesaling markets by advanced management technology.
