At the age of knowledge economy, strategic leadership has been applied in more and more organizations to deal with the fast changing environment. Strategic leadership has become one of the most important topics in theory and practice. Strategic leadership is one of the most critical influential factors that affect strategic performances.This dissertation discusses the models of strategic leadership and is hoping to help domestic organizations to find approaches to enhance strategic leadership.On the basis of theoretical analysis, this dissertation brings forward the model of strategic leadership as a learning process. At the first stage of research, a small-scale and in-depth interview is carried out to develop strategic leadership theory. At the second stage of research, culture model is used to analyze the specialty for application of strategic leadership in China. At last, a conclusion of strategic leadership use that should combine theory and interpersonal skills is come up with the limitation of this research and the future research direction.Based on the previous researches, this dissertation improves the learning model of strategic leadership. It partly resolves the problem on long term performances caused by alternation of leaders or decrepitude in career cycle. Under new model, the achievement on leadership of the whole organization can be shared, accumulated and promoted. Therefore the whole organization will be pushed ahead.
