The textile is always one of the most important portion of the world trade , and it also does important construction for the developing countries's export trade, but the developing countries's textile exportation receive all sorts of limits since long ago. The international textile trade has experienced from the MFA to the ATC for a long developing process, along with January 1, 2005 arrival, after the international textile trade enters "the Post-quota Age", implemented many years textile quota has been cancelled, but the new game rule also arose at the historic moment, China and India these two spinning and weaving great nations were noticeable.The world believed generally that, China and India will be the biggest competitor in the international textile trade.
