This article, being established in the relative fundamental theories of the corporate culture, explores thoroughly the evaluation of the corporate culture and remolding method by means of the combination of positivism research and norm analysis and the combination of the theory and practice, and puts forward the project of the remolding corporate culture on the basis of the adequately evaluation of the corporate culture of privately-owned corporation in Shandong province by exercising the method of element remolding.The method of element remolding quantitatively and qualitatively analyses, and studies the five basic elements that constitute the corporate culture via investigation and hierarchical analysis. The preceding four fundamental elements that constitute the corporate culture, i.e. the enterprise values, the code of enterprise conduct, the corporate culture network and the enterprise image, are investigated and analyzed quantitatively, and its condition in the corporate culture is described classified and summarized. Hierarchical analysis, the math-logic method, is adopted to research the adaptability of the enterprise environment. Its aim is to see if the adaptability is good. A visual and intelligible set of remolding plan, which accurately expresses the actuality of the corporate culture of A corporation, is offered to the enterprise decision maker, and at the same time is regarded precise reference on the purpose of the remolding corporate culture of A corporation.
