The corporate culture is the summation of common consciousness, value conception, occupation's morality, active criterion and rule, which is followed by whole member. The corporate culture comes into being through community practice in the definite community economy condition.With the development of knowledge the corporate culture is playing an more and more important even key role in the rising and declination of enterprises. The competition between enterprise in the 21st century is also the competition of the corporate culture. So many governments and enterprises adjust develop stratagem one after another to adapt global economy tidal wave blowing on the face. If the company which want to have one survive in the global economy have no excellent corporate culture, it is difficult to have one position in the big world market. The domestic business circles are longing for there could be more successful cases which based on the real nation's conditions to be drawn lessons from while realizing the importance of corporate culture profoundly.The chuangye company that this case is researching is a middling or small company locating turning point. In china, there is thousands of similar company with the chuangye company, which face drastic international and national compete. Some company will be washed out necessarily, and how to avoid being eliminated and gain bigger development is searching by every company, which is the corporate culture certainly.
