Corporate merger and acquisition (for short M&A)is a strong method for corporate's scale expansion, management's efficiency development and resource to optimize .It will be adopted in course of modern corporate's development .However ,The research makes known from China and international, Non- success rate of corporate merger and acquisition is over 57%. Therefore, its fail reason didn't come from the debt, but it came from corporate culture's integration.According to the above reason, the article is on the base of corporation culture and Corporate merger and acquisition. The article introduces about the importance of corporate culture's integration. It is a keystone to introduce five modes for corporate culture' integration. The article fodder comes from gas industry , and the research comes from practical experience,it has four kind of patterns in fuel gas industry in our country as following:1) Assimilation pattern is as the representative for Ganghua Gas Group.2) Amalgamation pattern is as the representative for Panva invest Control Stock. 3)Separation pattern is as the representative for China Gas Control Stock Co. 4)Destructive pattern is the representative for Shanghai Gas Co..This article thoroughly has studied influence factor and principle and step of the cultural integration. Based on this article research results, after the article has discussed the choice about the cultural integration pattern of Hefei gas group,and it will have the certain instruction significance to choose suitable culture integration pattern and to reduce cultural conflict after the corporate merges and acquires for Hefei gas group.
