Corporate merger and acquisition (for short M&A)is a strong method for corporate's scale expansion, management's efficiency development and resource to optimize .It will be adopted in course of modern corporate's development .However ,The research makes known from China and international, Non- success rate of corporate merger and acquisition is over 57%.
