Along with the quick development of the world economy, merger and acquisition (M&A) has gradually become an important path for corporate to expend their scales and strengthen their competitive advantage in all countries. At present, China has become the third-largest M&A market in Asia just next to Japan and Hong Kong, but the development circumstance after M&A is not optimistic, many of them ended in failure. Investigating its reason, neglecting the importance of the culture integration and integrating the cultural in improper method is a significant cause resulting in low performance of corporate M&A. Therefore, researching corporate culture integration is vital for our M&A corporate to improve the M&A performance, win the competitive advantage and promote their development.At first, this thesis packs up the venation of some relative theories on corporate M&A, corporate culture and corporate culture integration in suitable order. Secondly, according to the problem existing in our corporate M&A culture integration currently; it carries on the analysis deeply on the inner and exterior factors, and corporate culture itself reasons influencing the corporate culture integration. At last, combining with the successful case of corporate culture integration internal and overseas, this thesis studies the management system and operation method of cultural integration systematically, makes more thorough treatise to the principle of the content, mode, process of cultural integration and the principle should be held during corporate M&A. The purpose is to provide a relatively complete operation methods and a management system of the corporate cultural integration for corporate M&A, so as to promote the country corporate culture construction, and serve the culture integrate after corporate M&A in our country.
