E-business utilizes Internet technology to connect enterprises on the supply chain into the existing information technology system. The supply chain based on e-business environment as the crystallization that the supply chain combines naturally with e-business becomes the inexorable trend to the development of supply chain. E-supply chain management, surrounding core enterprises by means of internet and e-business, by controlling the flow of information, logistics and cash, connects the core enterprises, supplier, and distributors etc into a functional chain, to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the supply chain, maximize profit, and minimize cost.Since in this functional chain, the selection and management of the partnership becomes to be the important link, this paper has made deep discussion and analysis on this question. The author has firstly addressed relative theories like e-business, supply chain management and the developing process of the e-supply chain, studies on the importance of supplier partner management, types of suppliers, and the advantage of e-distribution. By analyzing the process of establishing e-supply chain partnership relations, how to choose partners and how to establish partnerships, the author tries to explain the usage of the e-supply chain partnership into practice. Lastly, by explaining the three dynamic factors of partner's experience, ability of the cooperation manager, structural change of the interactive relations between partners, the importance of partnership management was expatiated, and also apocalypse was given on it.Beginning with the analysis of the e-supply chain factors as value added, cost reduction, and communication improvement etc, the synthesizing evaluation indicator system for supplier and distributor selection was designed, mainly including evaluation of the supplier's enterprise environment, product and internal competitiveness and distributor's sales ability, forecasting and controlling, delivery status, services level, management culture, information, enterprise credit standing, external environmental, to establish partnership between core enterprises, suppliers and distributors. This set of suppliers evaluation system, has not merely offered the tool that a kind of supplier chose to use, the more important thing is that it has offered one set to use and helps the supplier to discern the methods to improve the space, make the enterprise and supplier and distributor able to comparatively know and seek the method to improve further...
