| There are different methods to control cost of real estate in each company, so the author of this thesis analyses real estate cost from construction process and lift some common use methods of controlling cost in Guangzhou area and bring forward low cost high quality and stratagem aim though the analyze of Jade Green Island and self environment, then he gets the best way of control cost in design process. There are some examples of controlling cost in this paper, most of which are real case of Jade Green Island, and some of them are author's experiences and some of cases are learned from reference.Design formality in design process has four different kinds, they are programming design, monomer project design, monomer technical design (huge or complex item has the requirement only), shop drawing design. Author brings out methods to control cost from above design process.Author brings out some main points in programming design:1, Make the best use of present nature landform, there are three ways: at first, we should pay attention to the balance of ground; second, we should use existing landform; third, we should hold original zoology water system.2, Make the best use of nature zoology. We should use existing virescence to reduce virescence cost and use existing sight or change it to reduce sight project cost.3, Account water and power burthen accurately and programming the line pipe of water and power in reason.Author points out the methods from architecture, structure, water supply and drain, power supply to control cost in shop drawing design phase.
