Research On The Rural Social System Of Endowment Insurance In Our Country

The rural social system of endowment insurance is the important compositive part of state social security system. For our country now, to solve"3 farmings"(agriculture, rural area and peasant), it is crucial to ensure the rights and interests of peasant and solve their fear of disturbance at the rear. With the process of industrialization, modernization and urbanism moving forward, the aging of population accelerates the function of family and land retirement insurance is weakened, people's morals idea changes continuously, the way of living in retirement in the rural traditional family of our country suffers huge impact. From the 1980s, our country begins to explore to establish the rural social system of endowment insurance. However, owing to narrow covering surface and its system defect, the rural social system hasn't really provided for the aged and healthy operation mechanism hasn't formed. Therefore, to establish the rural social system of endowment insurance according with the reality of our country, to solve peasants'living in retirement problem from foundation, they both have realistic meaning for ensuring peasant rights and interests, promoting rural social economic development, constructing socialism new countryside and founding harmonious society.This paper makes an overall analysis about present situation and existent problem of our country rural social system of endowment insurance, and refers to some good practices of foreign rural social endowment insurance, putting forward the conception to establish and perfect the social system of endowment insurance for peasants group, in order to offer some reference to strengthen the construction of social security system in our country.
