Development Model And Environment Analysis Of Non-state-owned Science & Technology Enterprises

With the globalization of economy, competition among countries and districts has gradually been vigorous. The key to promote national competition is to promote international competition of main industries and enterprises. The key to promote international competition of main industries and enterprises is to continuously promote the ability of technical innovation of enterprises. Non-state-owned science & technology enterprises are important strength in promoting technical innovation ability of enterprises of our country. After more than twenty years development, non-state-owned science & technology enterprises have become very important force in economic growth, technical innovation, improving high-tech industry, adding job opportunities in China. For developing innovational vitality of non-state-owned science & technology enterprises well in the construction of innovational country, on one hand, it requires to strength their own competition; on the other hand, it need better development environment which is provided by our government and society. The thesis bases on national soft science plan program----Development Strategy and Policy Selection of Non-state-owned science & technology Enterprises (2003DG000019) , researches environment system which influences the development of non-state-owned science & technology enterprises, investigates and analyzes their current development situation in China.Firstly , the thesis analyzed the content of non-state-owned science & technology enterprises, looked back the development process of them, analyzed the development model of them on the base of enterprise life cycle theory, and pointed out strategic meaning of promoting non-state-owned science & technology enterprises. Then the thesis discussed the concept and characteristics of the development environment of non-state-owned science & technology enterprise, constructed the development environment system which includes the culture and system environment, law environment, policy environment, the acculturation service environment, industry environment, the market environment and the technical environment etc.Thirdly, according to the environment system and different demand for environment in establishing stage and growth stage of non-state-owned science & technology enterprises, we designed questionnaires which can reflect satisfaction index of them to development model and environment. Making use of the valid investigation data,we firstly analyzed the satisfaction degree of non-state-owned science & technology enterprises of our country to environment factors.Then we analyzed the different satisfaction establishment among different size enterprises, modelled independent examination of double factors .We found that the evaluation of small and medium size business to each kind of environment factor is lower than that of big business.The difference doesn't result from the size,but result from the environment system.
