| Along with the policy of"Reform and Open", non-state owned science and technology enterprises have grew rapidly. Because of the huge treasure and tax they created, lots of jobs they provided, as well as the contribution to the national economy, they become the focus of the research.This thesis focus on the non-state owned science and technology enterprises of Hebei province, which emerged at early 1980s', and have became one of the most important economical propelling force. But there are also lots of problems lie in the development of non-state owned science and technology enterprises of Hebei province, and compares with other economical developed province, they still have large disparity.In order to clear off the rule of the development, excavate the disparity existing between Heibei province and other developed provinces, inquired about restricts and promotes inside and outside factor, as well as the policy demand in the different step of the development, this thesis begin with the dynamic analysis to non-state owned science and technology enterprises of Hebei province. It carries on the analysis to the objective condition of non-state owned science and technology enterprises of Hebei province in longitude-oriented and landscape-oriented aspects, summarizes the characteristic of the non-state owned science and technology enterprises, as well as the disparities.What'more, this thesis use demonstration analysis method. According to the questionnaire survey, it conclude the influence of the restricts and promotes factors, and the important degree of the key factors during different step of the development. All of this could provide the development plan and decision-making support for the government. Finally, synthesizing the analysis and research, this thesis points the suggestions on the sustainable development of non-state owned science and technology enterprises of Hebei province. |
