Research On The Knowledge Management In The Course Of Software Exploitation

With the arrival of the time of the knowledge economy, the knowledge management theory obtains the rapid dissemination and development, the knowledge management is already taken by each domain of social economy, it will become one kind of core management idea. Implementation of knowledge management in the course of software exploitation has already been used extensively in the software exploitation in foreign countries, and is regarded as the essential way to enhance the development efficiency, to make enterprise core competitive power of the software exploitation, to cause the entire software exploitation health implementation by domestic and foreign experts. Research on the knowledge management in the course of software exploitation has such important strategic meanings closely with software exploitation procedure as realizing the enterprise value,making the close union with knowledge flow and development flow.This text regards theory and method of systematic science as guidelines, using theories such as management science,knowledge management,operations research,software exploitation, etc, and regards the course of whole software exploitation as the course that knowledge is transformed, knowledge is combined, knowledge is created, having carried on systematic analysis and studies to the problem of knowledge management in the course of software exploitation. First of all, we divide software exploitation into five stages: analysis of the demand, design of software, code realization, test, use and maintenance of software, we use knowledge management methods and theories to analyze different characteristics at each stages, and we has studied several difficult points of knowledge management in software exploitation, combining knowledge with the procedure of development entirely.
