The Comparative Analysis Of Developing Pattern Of Hsinchu Science-based Industrial Park And Zhongguancun Science Park

After 20 century, with the rapid development of the electronic information technology, the human's mode of production has changed completely. In this change, one of the most things is the foundation of the Science Park in the 50s of the 20th century. At the beginning of appearance, the Science Park has changed our world and our way of life, which is the main way of one country getting competitive superiority. After the reform and openning, with the rapid development of our country's economy, the foundation of the Science Park has become the urgent thing. Since the later period of in the 80s of the 20th century, our country has founded more than 50 science parks, which are the native level, and founded a lot of other level. Though our country has founded more Science Park, few of the park is known in the world. So how to found the well known park in the world has have the important thing of our country which is aim of the dissertation. After the researching and analyzing to a lot of the parks which are known in the world, I think the research to the pattern of the Hsinchu science-based industrial park is important to raise the level of our country's park. So I make a comparative research between the Hsinchu science-based industrial park and Zhongguancun Science Park in order to provide some conditions to the exchange of systematic learning between the two banks.At the beginning of the dissertation is the research to the developing pattern of the Hsinchu science-based industrial park from the structure of the pattern, policy and characteristic. Through the research, the dissertation summary the successful experience of the park and put forward the wave which is result in the independent police of Taiwan. Then the dissertation research the Zhongguancun Science Park which summary the structure of the pattern, policy and characteristic of its. The end of the dissertation is the comparison analysis and the research to the two parks from the management system, human resource and industry programming. Through the analysis and research, some countermeasures have been put forward to the development of our country's science park.
