After entering WTO, with the harsh competition and the coming knowledge economy, constructing enterprises in our country are facing more and more fierce competition. performance management as a kind of modernized management tool, becomes the lasting power of enterprises grow up and development. a great deal of constructing enterprises in our country don't set up scientific performance management system which is suit of national and enterprise conditions. so the domestic theory circle and enterprise pay close attention to set up effective performance management system.This thesis introduces the research overview at home and abroad about performance management theory,methed and using, the current situation of the SH construction company is firstly in the essay, and the existing problem in terms of the performance evaluation within the line are pointed out next, analyses and summarizes the problem in performance management in SH construction company at present through questionnaire interview ,the reason why existing problem ,and put forword the rational and effective solution further.This thesis compares and analyses kinds of comparatively advanced performance management method at present, draws lessons from the thought of key performance indicator(KPI) and balance score-card(BSC) ideas and methods, on establishing all-round KPI system is set up according to enterprise level,department level and project level. construct the comprehensive model of performance management, and describes this models construction thought,elaboration procedure and the function theoretically, carries on the positive research on the comprehensive model of performance management.This thesis is based on performance management theories, take the case studied as a basis, along the logical thought, putting forward the problem, explaining the proplem, analyzing the problem, solving the problem. studies and proposes the more perfect performance management system of enterprise of SH construction company.
