Today, in the beginning of the 21st century, China's economy has formed into the situation of state-owned enterprises, three types of foreign-funded enterprises and private business, to develop the nongovernmental business, the competition of talented persons is becoming the key element of the market competition, but the status of the human resource is not good enough.. It is exactly based on the problem of human resource management of private business, The author is in a large amount of research from the domestic and international expert and technological achievement and on the basis of ones that investigate deeply, concentrating on probing into the relevant problem human resource management of private businessThis thesis will be talking about the developmental stages and content, analyzing the features of the human resource management in enterprises in United State and Japan. Then analyzed the history of the human resource management of nongovernmental enterprises, found out the issues, conducted analysis and demonstration, bring forward with the development trend of the human resource management in the nongovernmental enterprise. In the end, give HOPE company as an example, combined practice of the human resource management with theory knowledge, based on the first hand materials, to analyze the human resource management for HOPE company in theory, to table a oriented proposal on human resource management.
