Because of the differences of the economy development stages, economic structure levels , history, culture and constitution, the evolution and development model of Guangzhou is somewhat different to the model of the foreign CBD or CBD in other cities of China. The article conclude the analysis that Guangzhou CBD have some features. Those are slowly evolution before Reform and Open Plicy of China, the evolution is influenced by the planned economic system and Village-in-city.All these characteristics influence the development model of Guangzhou CBD, Guangzhou CBD should focus on finance industry, information industry, trade and retail industry, and specialized service industry. And most of CBD's functions will cluster in Tianhe District.Also the writer suggested that the government should help to the development of CBD, the municipal facilities should be offered by the government. As to the main industry in CBD, the writer think that should be finance industry, information industry.
