The technological revolution of the information and information construction are making the economy of the capital change into the economy of the information and knowledge, and change traditional commercial mode rapidly. It will bring change to traditional enterprise from the sides of management style, institutional framework and administration measure, etc. With the unceasing development of the market economy of China and the constantly accelerating of the process of economic globalization, give the hotel of our country profession have brought plenty of business opportunities, On this foundation, the hotel managers are asked to perfect hotel management system and reinforced hotel service quality, with more competitiveness under the market environment that has competitive winner now, so subsist to get more further development.The hotel industry faces both unprecedented opportunity and enormous challenge, now. Only the hotels that can offer convenient electronic commerce service to the customer can seize the first chance during the competition in E times. So the article studies the E-business problem of the hotel enterprise emphatically. It makes the hotels offer more services to customer with lower cost through the research. It raises hotel marketing efficiency towards guests from both domestic and abroad. It can also communicate with guests on Internet to get their information, improve the flow of serving and service quality, and change the whole commercial mode, to create new digital value.On the basis of consulting a large amount of relevant documents and network data, the author clarified the concept of travel field and hotel field E-business, the present situation and its necessities. Then the hotel e-commerce current situation is compared between domestic and abroad simply, so find out the various problem of the hotel enterprise E-business existence of our country and the obstacle that appears in development process. Then the author puts forward some suggestions to the development strategies and countermeasure of the hotel e-commerce of our country whit the research of a few of cases and hotel E-business websites.
