Shandong Aquaculture Industry To Develop E-business Applications Research

Shandong, a large fishery province in the country, is being faced with a difficult position of lower efficient, higher cost and reasonless structure of fishery production. Due to the traditional circulation model of aquatic production, the market information couldn't be received in time, the production and marketing are also influenced. With the high development of market economy, it is inevitable to change traditional mode and develop to utilize the advanced information means and network technology to combine fishery production and circulation, because it can reduce circulation expenses and costs, raise the economic benefits of producer, operator and consumer and finally realize the online trade of aquatic products. Developing fishery electronic commerce in Shandong province will not only play a great role in improving the disequilibrium between the production and marketing, and enhancing international competitive force of aquatic products, but also have a tremendous influence on the development of fishery economy of Shandong province.As a fishery worker, I have made an investigation and study for developing electronic commerce in fishery industry. This article expounds the necessity, feasibility and issues of applying electronic commerce in fishery industry in Shandong province and promote the general programme and the way of dealing with a situation. It analyses fishery electronic commerce in domestic and abroad, using the method of analysis and contrast. This article consists of seven parts. Part one: introduction; part two: introduction of the definition, constitute, commerce model, developing situation and trend of the electronic commerce; Part three: introducing the situation of applying fishery electronic commerce in domestic and abroad; Part four: analyzing the production and trade of fishery situation of Shandong province and providing the necessity, feasibility and issues; Part five: providing the general programme and the way of dealing with a situation; Part six: approaching a subject of model, infrastructure design, market popularization, logistics service, security payment system and personnel system and so on and raising a resolve method; part seven: concluding remark.
