With the growing competition of the world market, we have to make the best productions satisfy the customers with the lowest cost, and send them to customers in time. How to organize production process is a very important thing that we should face under the patterns such as management mode, management ways, production planning, and dispatching. The passage aims to solve the problems in Shenyang Banhanjian factory during the process when they push the lean production(LP). And in this passage we will discuss the problems.First, the presentation introduces the advanced lean production management style which integrates MRP, JIT, and TOC together. TOC and MRP-â…ˇare used into strategical system, TOC and JIT are used into production operation and process control system, and therefore gives practical models and case studies of the factory to set down MPS and production scheduling. And also it analyzes the management tools in the factory, such as KANBAN/e-KANBAN system.Bottleneck is usually mentioned in this passage, and how to find the bottleneck is key point of this management pattern. So the presentation gives a solution in a matrix way to find the bottleneck. The scheduling process is divided into two steps, first one is EDD and SPT principle in the bottleneck based on the time of delivery, and second is the multi-target fuzzy clustering way which is used before the working bottleneck, in order to get a better and feasible scheduling.The advantages of this method in the paper has been demonstrated through the comparing between the present value-flow chart and future value-flow chart. Enterprise's production sensitivity has been greatly enhanced, simultaneously, the work-in-process(WIP),as well as production cost have both been reduced. And the achievement has been showing its'ability to satisfy customers'needs.The passage is from Shenyang Banhanjian factory reality, and is pertinence. It could be seen that the method is effective through the case studies, and we can believe that it will take great role in LP of the factory.
