| Innovation, which directly improves competition in all aspects of enterprises, regions and nations, is the main drive for economic increase. Accurate evaluation of innovative competence in enterprises is of great significance.First of all, this paper summarizes theories of innovation home and abroad, introduces the current situation of innovative evaluation system in domestic business and abroad, and points out problems existing in the present evaluation system, giving a definition to innovatory enterprises and laying good foundation for the further research. Secondly, it analyzes innovative characteristics of business and internal and external factors that affect business innovation from the angles of developing business core capacity and finding advantages of business competition. Then, on the basis of researches done by our predecessors, it chooses seven grade-l targets, such as abilities of innovative investment, research and development, innovative production, innovative output, innovative marketing, system innovation and management innovation, and divide them into twenty grade-2 targets and thirty-six grade-3 ones. A level analytical method is used to determine weight of various targets and to form an evaluation system of index. Afterwards, two typical enterprises have been chosen to conduct an empirical research. Their innovative abilities have been evaluated and compared by collecting relevant data and adopting constructive models of fuzzy overall evaluation. Finally, policies and suggestions are put forward related to the acceleration of business innovative competence in Jiangsu province. |
