Empirical Study On Technological Innovative Capabilities Evaluation Of Enterprises In Dalian High Technology Zone

Enterprises technological innovative capability is always viewed as the key factor contributing to enterprises competitiveness, is the core ability to strenghthen enterprise competitive advantage, never stopping attracting enthusiasm from scholars in management and economic fields. To trace the track that leading enterprises in Dalian High Technology Zone to sustain development and factors that strengthening technological innovative capability, to summarize experience that enterprises obtain competitive advantages, to expose defect which enterprises in Dalian High Technology Zone are encountering, and the demands for them, an empirical study on enterprises technological innovative capabilities evaluation was carried out.In this paper, the necessity and domestic and foreign research status quo of evaluation of enterprises Technological Innovative Capability (TIC) in high-technology zone were firstly summarized. Then, a model to evaluate enterprises TIC was finished with the weights calculated by AHP method. Meanwhile, questionnaire referring to status quo of enterprises in Dalian High Technology Zone were designed and demonstrated and sent to enterprises in Dalian High Technology Zone, and256replies were gotten. With datum collected from feedback questionnaires by Visual Studio2005and application program we developed, we conducted some empirical studies contained status quo analysis, capability evaluation and case studies for enterprises in Dalian High Technology Zone. Solutions and policy suggestions were afforded for both enterprise and government in Dalian High Technology Zone. At last, conclusions such as advantages and defects of enterprises in Dalian High Technology Zone and effects the indexes contributed to evaluat target were summarized at last. Innovations:theoretically, per capita indexes were introduced into our evaluation system and model. Practically, foundation was built for suppling advises and helping decision making. Besides, comparative analysis between high-scored enterprises and the whole sample enterprises were made, proving that most indexes may positively affect target while severl indexes may not.
