Study On The Selective Assembly System Based On WITNESS

For the company adopting the selective assembly method, design and control of the production system will have an impact on the deployment of the resources, operation efficiency and the total revenue. This study focuses on the section of the production management by considering the influence of assembly method on the operational performance of the manufacturing system and combing the product design and production system design to analyze the features of the system, set up a simulation model and optimize it. The study ensures the reliability and economical property of the production process as well as the reasonalization of the system, providing a model and theory basis for the companies with the similar production requirements.
