| Urban traffic is the lifeline of social economic life in city, its good circulation and sustainable development have important significance to implement city function and promote city economic society develop fast. At present our country is at the developing stage of industrialization and citylization. Social economy develops fast, car enters family has become one of the country's basic policies which support the automobile industry. It can be foreseen that the quantity of motor vehicle will be increased greatly in the future 20 years, which will follow with the sharp increase of traffic volume, this will become the new clash to the city traffic. In order to use for reference of other countries'experiences and lessens in resolving city traffic problem, make our country go to the continuous developing road in the initial stage of citylization. It must set out from the opinion that the future development should cooperate with the near future development, deal with the relationship among resource, environment and development, social economic system develop cooperate with traffic system.This article mainly studied the basic theory and method of city road traffic sustainable development, emphasized that ensure road facilities construction and enlarge road capacity. Provide reasonable road net disposition and classification for motor vehicle and bicycle, develop the superiority that motor vehicle for middle and long distance travel and bicycle for middle and short distance travel, accomplish fast and slow separation; provide traffic situation for pedestrian, promote road net transportation efficiency; analyzed the problem of Tianjin road facilities, especially the road net; raised the countermeasure of road net planning construction and sustainable development. Starting from the continuous developing point, elaborated the importance of dynamic traffic, studied principle and method of parking facilities disposition, analyzed Tianjin parking problem and its reason, raised countermeasure of facing continuous city parking facilities construction. Elaborated city overall traffic construction optimization and promote rational traffic structure fashion has important effect to city traffic sustainable development. According to the domestic and foreign city's mobilization development experiment, raised the mobilization development road of our country, traffic structural optimization is the core and key point of city traffic sustainable development; studied specific type of Tianjin traffic model choices and optimization; analyzed related problem and studied concrete tactics. Basing on our country's city traffic sustainable development at present and future target, besides strengthen facilities construction and optimize traffic structure, it must explore actively the new way and method, strengthen traffic management, develop largest thepotentiality of the existing facilities; promote road transportation efficiency; studied traffic management method which includes traffic organizing management, intelligent traffic management method; combined with Tianjin road traffic fact, proposed traffic organization and scientific management method which face to the road traffic sustainable development. |
