Study On The Port Enterprise Investment Risk And Evaluation

As the result of the operation of port law and deepen of innovation of port enterprise, the construction and investment on port projects are becoming hotter all around China in the new century. As the new main body of the investment, risk is becoming more and more important correspondingly. The investment of port enterprise is arousing more attention of the government and port enterprise.This study introduces the basic concepts and characteristics of risk theoretically, discusses the reason of the producing of the risk and the type of the risk based on the typical of the port enterprise. The paper tried to give out a new guide of theory and practice about investment of the port enterprise. The main works and the conclusion of the paper are as following:(1) The paper sets up a relative-perfect evaluation index system on the characteristic of the investment of port enterprise.(2) The introducing of the certainty equivalent coefficient resolved the problem of how to assess the risk of the port projects under the condition of the risk. This method consider the relationship of the risk and time, it can be used as the tool of the risk analysis of port enterprise of our country.(3) The evidential reasoning is applied to evaluate the investment risk. The objective of doing this is to find a scientific way of risk evaluation. The result shows that this way is perfect. This way can show the incomplete and uncertain information and also accommodate the characteristic of the risk evaluation of port enterprise, increase the rationality of the evaluation.
