With the development of the increasing extent, City resources, particularly the middle aged resource-based city as our strategic support centers, inadequate sources of capital and technology issues seriously hamper the city's development. So how to build a good investment environment to attract more quality investment, meet regional development funds and technology needs, improve the existing ecological environment and promoting the region's economy, promote resources and the environment for sustainable development of resources cities become the most important issues.This text takes the theories of Investment, Industrial economics as the foundation and adopts econometric analysis.
