As a process of information sharing among people, internal communication system plays a very critical role in the management of modern enterprises. With the increasing competition, internal management system have been becoming more and more complex in terms of levels, size, people involved, information system, etc. besides, modern enterprises are more active in communication with external factors which also become more and more changing and complicated and in turn effect the enterprises to a great extend.Marketing strategy is the key part of the whole strategy of a company, basically because the fundamental function of a company is to provide product or service to target customers and meet their demand. And the essence of marketing is about how a company delivers information about its product or service to the market in mixed marketing approaches effectively. So marketing is a joint between a company and its customers and the basic way to fulfill its strategy.Although the external communication with customers and market is very important for a company, the internal communication in the marketing management process is also very critical. Marketing capability is becoming more important in achieving competitive advantages for modern companies. So more and more companies came to pay much attention to their marketing management systems.There is a trend in modern marketing management of increasing complex and systematic. In general, marketing management includes product strategy and position, marketing promotion, sales channel management, and service system, etc. The decisive internal factor of the marketing capability lies in the communication between relevant departments related to marketing. I will try to connect modern communication theories with marketing management practice in modern enterprises and seek effective communication model in this process...
