Independent Innovation Pattern Of Industrial Technology And Policy Choice Of China

The essence character of knowledge economy epoch is that science and technology plays an important role in economy increasing.Technology innovation,which is an effective means to accelerate the translation of science and technology production from latent productivity to realistic productivity,has been paid more attention to.However,Chinese technological innovation pattern in effect is not good enough to push economy to gain fast and long-lasting increase.So,it's important for us to learn from the experience of other countries.The purpose of this paper is to compare American and Japanese technological innovation pattern to find the differences between them and the reason.Then according to the practical problem of Chinese innovation,the author put forward some useful suggestion and thinking for the choice of strategic innovation pattern.By the comparing research,we can easily understand there's no best innovation pattern.The best choice is the fittest one.But there's no innovation pattern suitable forever either.We should adjust the choice according to the changes of the times and ourselves and the evolution of industries.On the base of study to Chinese current situation,the author puts forward the composed pattern of independent and imitative innovation.This pattern is conform to reality,meanwhile it can meet the need of long-lasting development.It's possible and feasible.The arrival of global knowledge economy is both a chance and a challenge to our country.To build a perfect system of technology innovation policy,which relates to the survival and development of our country's enterprise in the integration of global economy,is an urgent task that has been put forward by the new century.This paper starts with technology innovation conception and analyses present situation of the technology innovation policy in our country.To deal with these problems,this paper puts forward some suggestion.Valuable advices are presented as an effort to speed up the industrial technological innovation by effective industrial technology policies.
