The new emergence of trade protectionism and the need to improve our national Hi-Tech industry urge us to adopt strategic trade policy.The success of its implementation in several foreign countries, the looser requirement on the external economy theory and the special character about Hi-Tech industry provide a possibility for us to carry out strategic trade policy, but we will face some limitations as well. |
