With the deep development of world economy's globalization and integration, any enterprise relates with international economy definitely. Internationalization of enterprises has become a big irreversible trend. Since 1990s, Large companies inside and outside of China adjusted their competition strategy, and thus obtained tremendous successes. The profit increased persistently and the companies grew stably. So, it is an essencial strategic issue concerned with survival and development for Shengli Oilfield Company Limited to participate in the international oil and gas market competition. This paper researches the internationalized operation of Shengli Oilfield from the following 3 parts.In part 1, the author simply introduces the theoretical basis of internationalized operation for Shengli Oilfield, including the meaning of internationalized operation, Monopoly Advantage Theory, Internalization Theory, Comparative Advantage Theory.In part 2, the author analyses current situation and the interior and exterior environment of internationalized operation for Shengli Oilfield, including strongness,weakness,opportunity,threat. Then, the author presents the strategy of internationalized operation for Shengli Oilfield.In chapter 3, the author analyses the suitable target market and entry mode of internationalized operation for Shengli Oilfield in detail and presents protective measures for it on the base of SWOT analysis.
