Study On Bidding Of Power Plants Construction Engineering Of China Datang Corporation

Construction bidding is an important part of thermal power plant construction, and also a key point of project construction, it has gained construction managers'common attention in Datang. The construction bidding research has great significance to improve Datang managers'construction management ability.By the methodologies of contrastive analysis and empirical analysis, and based on the comparison with foreign construction bidding practice and the construction bidding theory, the research studies the construction bidding process, tender pre-qualification, bidding documents compilation, bidding evaluation and approval of Datang practice. The article summaries Datang's experiences in thermal power construction bidding management practice since the electric power systems reform; analyzes the causes of bidding process problems, and put forward the improvement methods of the bidding process in Datang, at the same time, the research has resolved some common problems in the bidding management process.
