A Research On Bidding Risk Management Of Construction Enterprise's Engineering Project

The engineering project faced by a construction enterprise is an extremely complex system engineering, which can be divided into several stages, each of which is a process full of risks. Since a bidding for an engineering project has become a most prevalent and important mode for purchasing a project, the project bidding is first thing a construction enterprise must to face, which will determine whether the construction enterprise can win the bidding or can gain reasonable profit. But for a project bidding, the construction enterprise will face a huge risk, this is because, after winning the bidding, the contract performing will be in a long period of time and various uncertain factors may cause a cost higher than the bidding offer, making a lose. Accordingly, this research, based on a project risk management at a bidding stage, has an important practice value.Firstly, the article analyses the present status and problems for current project bidding and bidding risk management in our country and studies the project bidding. Then, it explains the project risk management as well as its define, feature and principle and especially analyses the details of implementation.Based on the analysis of project bidding risk management theory, this paper puts forward a concrete method of bidding risk management. At first, it combines the overall process of project bidding risk management and, after analyzing the methods of bidding risk identification and of risk assessment, adopts expert survey and AHP method to build the bidding risk assessment system. Then, it takes an example of the project bidding by a Tunnel Company for the first Contract Section of Le-Xin Section of the National Highway 213 to study the bidding risk assessment system. After research, it can be seen that the overall risk of project bidding is greater and those bidding risks, such as the completion risk, the securityof project risk and rise in price of raw and processed materials risk, are important.Finally, the important risk in the bidding period in this example as the key targets of bidding risk management ,wo will give some suggestions .And wo want to give some help for other project risk management.Combining my realization of the typical case for analyzing bidding risk, provides related suggestions to strengthen the bidding risk management in our country, so as to offer certain guidance and references to the studies for the project bidding risk management of construction enterprises in our country.
