With the rapid development of high technology, economical information and global economy, the competition among enterprises will become fiercer, the fact will lead to the result that enterprises pay more attention to human resource management, thus the Performance management problem comes to be more important. This thesis is a case study thesis in which the current management situation is set forth in performance management of A Corporation, the issues existing performance management in management described, and how to resolve the issues illustrated as well. The author starts the article with the research of the theory of human resources and practice and bases on the first-hand data and the facts offered by relative departments in the A corporation. By the way of questionnaire, statistical analysis, the author makes qualitative and quantitative analysis comprehensively on human resources, present situation of performance management as well as the cases. Finally, he draws a conclusion that A Corporation should use the plan of performance management based on KPI Systems.
