The System & Appliance In Business Culture Evaluation

A company with excellent business culture has long live, but the falling behind business culture makes the company to decline. The power of business culture has been seen now. And now, more and more enterprises play an important on promoting their business culture, otherwise they have no overall analysis and method to improve the business culture. By interviews, colloquia, and the investigation of the questionnaires, basing on the theories and researching methods of enterprise culture, this article systemically analyses and generalizes Jinhua group's enterprise culture, and sum up the basic characters of the company's enterprise culture. In this paper I put forward my own opinion of improving enterprise culture. The point of this article is efficient using and demonstration analysis of the theories, using various analytic methods and tools, to reach the combination of practice and theory. The researching in this article will be helpful to the similar companies, and promote fully development of companies.
