TL Business Culture Advance System Design

Considering TL double roles(tobacco distributor and tobacco market supervisor), follows the rule of"whole way close to ground fly"to design business culture advance system, improve the participation of staffs, so as to well-combine business core value faith and individual value, to enhance its consistency, gradually to improve business culture and competition.
