The Research On Transforming The Logistics Ability From Resource Oriented Enterprise To The Resource-based City

There are many kinds of logistics-related equipment in resource oriented enterprise. It is a good choice to transform the logistics-supply ability in resource oriented enterprises to the society to satisfy the increasing demand in logistics-supporting field. Creating such a cooperating system between resource oriented enterprise and resource-based city is the right way to transform the industry structure, meet the logistics-demand ability, realize the sustainable development and resource saving stratagem.This paper is based on the theory in regional economics, regional logistics and sustainable development. With the detail introduction of the present situation and difficulties in resource oriented enterprise and city, it gives the influence factor to the logistics-demands and logistics-supply ability in resource-based city and enterprise. It gives model to make a cooperation on logistics-demands and logistics-supply between the resource oriented enterprise and city. It also gives an example to show the process of how to create the model and the steps to make it realized.This paper makes a Duality Linearity Regression Model on the relationship between current logistic-demand and the factors of industry structure ,economics development level to forecast the logistics-demand in resource-based city; It also makes a Grey Model (1,1)to make a forecast towards the logistics-supply ability in resource oriented enterprise; Meanwhile it makes a forecast on the logistics-demand in resource oriented enterprise with the Grey Model(1,1) and Multinomial Regression Model; It also makes a forecast on the logistics-supply ability based on the collected data and information in resource oriented enterprise.Transforming the superfluous logistics ability from resource oriented enterprise to the resource-based city gives a new way to make the enterprise to have a sustainable development and the city to make a suitable economic structure adjustment. Meanwhile, it is also an important choice to make good use of the potential logistics-supply ability to activate the enterprise capital asserts, develop the logistics-supply ability in a cost-saving way and make the market of the third-Part logistics company to become more healthy and formal.
